Our Founder

The college was started in 1968 with the generous donation of 10 acres of land by our Late Founder Chairman Shri Nanalal Bhatt and 6 lakhs donated by Cork Industries Charities Trust.

Transforming every student into an intellectually competent, industry ready, morally upright, socially committed and spiritually inspired citizen.

Extension of Autonomous status has been granted by University of Madras for a period of ten years from 2019-20 to 2028-29 as per UGC recommendations.

Shrimathi Devkunvar Nanalal Bhatt Vaishnav College for Women was started in 1968 with the generous donation of 10 acres of land by our Late Founder Chairman Shri Nanalal Bhatt and 6 lakhs donated by Cork Industries Charities Trust.
