S. N. PAVITHRA, studying in B.com (A&F, 1- c). She Performed Silambam in NATIONAL YOUTH FESTIVAL in front of Our Honorable PRIME MINISTER NARENDRA MODI conducted in KARNATAKA, got selected through SDAT(Sports Development Authority Of TAMILNADU) and represented TAMIL NADU in National Youth Festival organized by Ministry Of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government Of India in collaboration with State Government . The pride of our college won 8 Gold medals and 2 Silver medals in Silambam in District level tournament and also participated in State level tournament . She is efficient in Single Stick, Double Stick, Surul Vaal, Vel Kambu , Vaal Veechu and Placed Senoir Position In Silambam. She is also taking free classes for more than 50 girls in Thirumalai Nagar Park, Perungudi.
