“Field of HRM is Her Ambition but teaching is her passion” .She is a social worker more than 13 years of experience in academic,NGO,consultancy , research and Vodafone.She completed her UG in English Literature at Scott college,Nagercoil and she did her double Master in Social Work and Business administration specializing in Human resource Management & Marketing from Bon secourse college for women,Tanjore.She has been awarded as third university rank holder in post graduation.she is always been a goal oriented, team player and motivator .She persued her carrier as HR recuriter at Roland & Associates & Zee manpower consulatancy at bangalore. She begain her teaching experience as teaching assistant in Bharathidhasan University. She is working as a Assistant professor for the past 8 yrs in this esteemed institution and heading the department from 2011 to 2014 . She has Guided more than 60 students in pg research projects and conducted more than 80 programmes in the fied of social work(various target group). She has presented and published papers in national and international conferences.she belives that leadership is the ability to get extraordinatory achievements from ordinary people.
